The RHP is a Missouri Department of Mental Health certified, NARR certified and 501 (c)(3) Non-Profit Organization dedicated to assisting ex-offenders adjust to the re-entry process by providing them with the outpatient substance use/mental health disorder services, recovery housing, and resources to be successful.

The RHP is here to help ex-offenders discover who they are. We work with our clients to help them find their potential after incarceration. We connect our clients to resources and assist them in finding employment. We assist in making the transition easier by offering counseling and peer services in order to keep our clients from feeling overwhelmed by this process.

The RHP currently operates 15 recovery homes for clients that are dealing with everything from substance use disorders, mental health disorders and are in the reentry process. RHP does not expect people that are struggling to be perfect. We know that addiction and mental health issues are difficult , so we offer alternatives to our clients that are struggling.

The RHP offers treatment for those that are struggling with substance use disorders and mental health disorders. For our housing program clients we offer the treatment as part of the housing program. We do this so that clients do not have to choose between being able to afford treatment or housing. They should be able to get both if it is needed.

4th Annual Thanksgiving Dinner
The RHP celebrated Thanksgiving with our clients for the fourth year. It was a great dinner and great fellowship time.
3rd Annual Manager Appreciation Dinner!
It was a great night to say thanks to all of our Managers that make our program successful. We have had a ton of growth and this night should be even bigger next year!!!!
3rd Annual Halloween Party!!!!!
The RHP celebrated Halloween again this year!!! It was the 3rd year we have had a Halloween Party!!! We had costume contests!!! Winner received gift cards!! Thanks to everyone who participated!!!
Community Reentry Contract Awarded!!! - September 2023
We are excited to be awarded a contract with the Department of Corrections for the Community Reentry Project. This is our fourth year of this Contract and we are very excited about the results that have shown recidivism being lowered and reentry improved. We will be using both our Treatment and Housing to provide services for people leaving incarceration.
RHP Teams with Central Bank & Prosper U!
RHP has teamed with Central Bank to give financial education to our clients! Central Bank's Prosper U is an educational tool to give people an education of how banking, credit and purchases such as homes and vehicles happen. This is done at no cost to anyone in the Ozarks! We thank Prosper U Director Rebecca Greene for making this happen right here!!!
3rd Annual RHP Cookout!!
RHP had it's 3rd annual Cookout last weekend! We had a great time and great food. Congrats to the Heath/Owens team for winning the 1st RHP cornhole Tournament!!!

Third Anniversary!!!!!
Our Recovery Housing turned three years old on July 1st!!!! In three years we have opened 15 recovery houses and are continuing to grow and provide treatment as part of our housing!!!! So glad to be out of the terrible twos!!!
First Respite Home in the area
The RHP opened the areas first respite house in September 2022! This is an attempt to curb the number of people that are turned out onto the streets when they are struggling with their substance use disorder. We are working to help the clients and feel that turning them out of a program is not helpful to their continued recovery.
Mental Health Champion!!
Our own Housing Director Kate Schumer was a finalist for 2021 Missouri Mental Health Champion Award!!! We could not be prouder of her!!!!
Christmas Party!
RHP celebrated Christmas again this year and Santa was able to deliver presents to each and every client. We also were able to enjoy a great meal thanks to great sponsors and their donations to make each client enjoy Christmas!!!
New Partnership!!!
Starting in the Spring semester the RHP will be partnering with Missouri State University. This partnership will allow Social Work students to work an internship at the RHP while getting valuable educational experience. This partnership will benefit both the students and our clients in the future and we are very excited to be able to team up with MSU in this opportunity!!!
